My technical writing career spans nearly 15 years and has been primarily in the field of health and wellness. The samples below are from recent projects, featuring manuals and standard operating procedures for small medical businesses, and policy and process documents for a large healthcare software company in the United States.
I believe that technical documents need not be "too" technical - they should be easy to navigate and understand. It is essential to have excellent formatting and to use plain language whenever possible.
